St. Amour’s Landscaping is
determined and motivated to provide our customers with quality lawn
care for the commercial owner, property management company and the
residential owner. Our uniformed team members are properly trained,
experienced, back ground checked and trustworthy. We maintain that
customer service and communication is key to a successful
partnership.
St. Amour’s
provides year-round quality service to the central Florida area.

St. Amour’s Landscaping LLC maintenance
program consists of the following provisions and services:
Adjustments will be made according to your
requirements

MOWING:Mowing all turf areas on a
weekly basis during the main growing season of April 1st
thru October 31st. Thereafter, on a bi-weekly basis
November 1st thru March 31st. This equals
42 visits per year. Care will be taken to ensure that grass is
not mowed too short for environmental conditions and/or terrain.
Liter and debris shall be removed from turf area, fence lines,
shrubs, flower beds, etc. prior to mowing. Grass clippings will
be re-mowed, raked or bagged so as not to blanket an area.
Clippings should be non-visible after mowing is completed. All
mowing equipment will be maintained and cutting edges kept in
sharp condition. Grass clippings will be removed (blown away)
from all paved areas. |

EDGING/LINE TRIMMING: Edging of
curbs and paved areas adjoining mowed areas weekly during the
main growing season of April 1st thru October 31st,
and on a bi-weekly basis November 1st thru March 31st.
Edging will occur between turf area and flower beds, hardscaped
areas and locations where these divisions occur. Line trimming
will occur along turf areas that abut walls, trees, shrubs,
planting beds, signs, post, fence lines and building
foundations. |

MANUAL AND CHEMICAL WEED CONTROL: Areas
that are mulched, graveled or paved will be kept weed free by
manual means and by application of environmentally safe
herbicide as often as necessary to maintain order. Other areas
to be maintained weed free will include: fence lines, show
areas, flower beds and hedge rows. |

MAINTENANCE OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM:
Irrigation system will be inspected and adjusted at the
beginning of each month. All minor repairs will be made during
inspection. Any major repairs, if determined not to be caused in
the process of grounds maintenance will be invoiced at an
additional cost of $xx per hour plus cost of materials.

PRUNING: Low hanging or damaged tree
limbs will be removed to insure good visibility to features and
proper clearance from sidewalk areas at a minimum height of 7’to
8’above ground. Any dead or diseased plants shall be removed
promptly from all beds. Shrubs will be maintained as needed to
ensure proper shape and growth. Flowering shrubs will be pruned
after flowering season. |

MULCHING:Mulching can be included in
this proposal. If requested, mulch can be installed at $45.00
per yard. |
 |
FERTILIZATION AND PEST CONTROL:
Insect control and fertilization is included in this proposal.
All turf areas will be treated every sixty days or every
other month. All trees, shrubs, and recommended plant
material will be treated quarterly. |
 |
PALMS AND CREPE MYRTLES: All palms
will be trimmed once per year in November. All Crepe Myrtles
will be pruned in April after the last frost. Dead or yellowing
fronds will be removed as required. |
 |
LAKEFRONT: All unwanted items such
as dead fish, floating and grounded hyacinth and trash to a
distance of one rake handle length from shoreline will be
removed. |
 |
LEAF REMOVAL: Areas where a large
accumulation of leaves occur during the fall season will be
bagged and removed from the property. |
 |
ANNUALS: Annuals can be included in
this proposal. Annuals will be installed quarterly at the
interval shown:

NEW
PLANTS, TREES AND TURF: All new plants and trees will be
warranted for one year after installation. Trees and/or shrubs will
be replaced for any reason excluding damage obtained by severe cold
weather, hurricane, or other natural disaster. New sod will be
guaranteed for one year after installation provided irrigation
system is functioning properly. |
